Data, machine learning, and digital intelligence for any field.

I build the pipelines and models that turn messy data into something useful: cleaning it, training models on it, and wiring language models into tools people can actually use. Biology is where I learned to read complex systems, and the same methods carry to any field.

2Four disciplines, one pipeline

I work the full path from the bench to the model, so a project does not have to hand off between four different people.

Applied digital intelligence

I train and deploy models, run computer vision on edge hardware, and build LLM pipelines that turn raw text into sentiment and structure.

Data engineering

Messy source in, analyst-ready report out. I write the Python that cleans the data, automates CRM entry, and does the reporting.

Bioinformatics

Parse the FASTA, find the restriction sites, translate to protein. The output is a tool the bench can run, not a spreadsheet to wrangle.

Wet-lab biotech

Before the code came the bench: mammalian cell culture, recombinant DNA, aseptic technique. It is the science the rest connects to.

5Why this work

The perceptron, the unit behind every neural network, was modeled on the biological neuron. The overlap between biology and machine learning is what pulled me in, and it is what I have worked on since.
